HOBBY LOBBY DECISION -
It's fascinating listening to White House spokesman Josh Earnest decry the Hobby Lobby Supreme Court Case as an "attack on women". He said today that women should make personal health decisions for themselves.
Funny, I didn't see anything in the decision that said women shouldn't make personal health decisions for themselves. The decision DOES make it clear that women can make their personal health decisions, but can't always force their employer to pay for those personal choices via Obamacare.
It's a big difference, but no doubt will be lost on the ignorant sheep masses. On the positive side of things, perhaps this ruling is a teensy-weensy slice of property right and freedom of association, which implies one can also say NO with one's money.
Such a concept...SCOTUS rules that the SENATE, not the President, determines when the Senate is in (or out) of session. Another good call.
