There's an arrest in the DA bombing case. Medford police took 46-year old Alan Leroy McVay into custody charging him in the November 13th bombing outside the Jackson County D.A.’s office. McVaywas on MPD’s radar within a few days of the bombing. Officers arrested him yesterday at Bobbio’s Pizza in White City. He’s in jail on 1 million dollars bail, and will be arraigned this afternoon, charges include first-degree arson, first-degree burglary, unlawful possession and manufacturing of a destructive device. McVay has a pretty long rap sheet in Jackson County including drug possession and thefts, was also indicted last year for a big firearm and ammo theft from a West Medford home back in 2011. Officials aren't commenting on possible motives for the bombing.
