12-27-13 COVER OREGON PULLS OPTIMISTIC AD CAMPAIGN

OREGON'S TROUBLED HEALTH CARE EXCHANGE- COVER OREGON- HAS SUSPENDED IT'S FEEL GOOD, OPTIMISTIC AD CAMPAIGN, AFTER SPENDING MORE THAN 8 MILLION DOLLARS ON IT THIS YEAR. UNFORTUNATELY, THE LAUNCH OF COVER OREGON HASN'T LIVED UP TO THE AD CAMPAIGNS CHIRPY OPTIMISM. THREE MONTHS AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO LIVE, OREGON'S EXCHANGE HAS YET TO LAUNCH, AND HAS HAD TO RELY ON PAPER APPLICATIONS TO ENROLL OREGONIANS FOR COVERAGE.
