Medford police arrested a woman who was armed with a handgun and wandering the streets of West Medford early Monday morning. Police responded to N. Columbus Avenue and W. 2nd Street where they found 27-year-old Mary Aguilar standing in the middle of the road blocking traffic. She eventually put down her gun but refused to cooperate with police. After a brief struggle, a taser was employed and Aguilar was taken into custody. She was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and felon in possession of a firearm.
