The Central Point School District has hired a new Superintendent. The School Board announced that Samantha Steele will take over as head of the district on July 1, 2013. Steele has been a high school assistant principal, English teacher, grant writer, academic advisor and cross country coach. Most recently, she has served as the Director of Education for the district.
