11-13-12 MORNING TRAFFIC CRASH CLAIMS LIFE OF CAVE JUNCTION MAN
Nov 13, 2012 -- 9:18amA traffic crash yesterday claimed the life of a Cave Junction man. Police say a 1999 Ford Explorer driven by 56-year-old Todd Stanley Weinkauf was northbound on Highway 199 when a Dodge van driven by David Hart of Medford drifted across the centerline. The vehicles struck driver side to drive side. Weinkauf was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, 64-year-old Cameron Weinkauf received non-life threatening injuries. Hart was treated for minor injuries.
