Oregon State Police troopers are continuing to investigate a fatal single-vehicle accident on Interstate 5 near Glendale. The accident apparently happened late Friday night or early Saturday morning. A motorist contacted police after spotting a vehicle at the bottom of a 100-foot embankment. A preliminary investigation revealed that the driver lost control for an unknown reason. 33-year-old William Allen Fu-Ria of Glendale was prounounced dead at the scene.
