Two people were uninjured Tuesday afternoon when their Cessna 182 airplane received minor damage after attempting a touch-and-go landing on the snow-covered runway at the Chiloquin Airport. As the airplanes wheels touched the ground, they dug into the snow. The pilot, 31-year-old Brett Hopper of Grants Pass, was unable to pull the plane back up. The wings and nose of the plane hit the ground, damaging the prop and wings. Hopper and his passenger were not injured.
