Police have made an arrest in a gang-related shooting that took place last month in west Medford. 22-year-old Toby Alexander Martinez is accused of firing a gun from a vehicle at a group of Latino males believed to be part of the Surenos gang. The shooting occured on Bryant Street. The next day, the same suspect was involved in another shooting in which one person was hit. After an investigation, Martinez was arrested on multiple charges, including attempted murder and assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on more than $13 million bail.
