4-24-13 EAST MEDFORD COUPLE RECOVERING AFTER VIOLENT HOME INVASION ROBBERY

A Medford couple is continuing to recover after a violent home invasion robbery that occured yesterday. The suspect knocked on their door just after 4 a.m. The 72-year-old female victim cracked the door open, and the suspect forced his way in, using a stun gun to incapacitate her. He then punched and elbowed the 77-year-old male victim. Both victims were transported to a local hospital. Police later arrested 25-year-old Brenton Allen Morrow of Medford for robbery, assault and burglary. Morrow, who knew the couple, was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on more than $4 million bail.
