Autopsy results have been released in the death of a missing Medford man. The Jackson County Medical Examiner's Office says that 87-year-old Truman Tollefson most likely died from exposure and hypothermia, and that the death was accidental. Tollefson was reported missing last December when he failed to return home after running errands. His family said that he had been suffering from memory loss issues. This past Sunday, Tollefson's vehicle was discovered on Upper Grave Creek Road in a remote area nine miles outside of Rogue River.
