Jackson County Sheriff's Office is looking for your help to recover a John Deere all-terrain vehicle worth almost $14,000. The ATV was stolen from a shop building located in the 16.000 block of North Applegate Road sometime between July 18th and 19th. The thief or thieves took a John Deere 825I “Gator XUV”. It's described as a side-by-side, enclosed, all-terrain vehicle meant for farm/ranch use. At the time of the theft, turf tires were mounted on the front, and all-terrain tires on the back. While generally glass enclosed, the doors had been removed prior to the theft. The Sheriff's department tells KMED that anyone with information concerning this case can call the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office tip line at 541-774-8333 or Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 1-800-850-0580. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. (You can remain anonymous)
